1. Acceptance

By using 0xViLLe ("the Platform"), including but not limited to games, swap, perpetuals, and any other services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

0xViLLe provides blockchain-based gaming, trading simulations, token swap aggregation, and digital collectibles on the Solana network.

3. Fees

• Swap Fee: A platform fee of 1.25% is charged on every token swap executed through 0xSWaP. This fee is collected in SOL and transferred to the platform treasury at the time of the transaction.
• Game Fees: PvP games may include a rake/tax on wagers as displayed before each match.
• Character Purchases: Characters are sold at prices listed in the Store. Prices are in SOL and are final.

4. Wallet & Transactions

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and all transactions you approve. 0xViLLe never has access to your private keys. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on 0xViLLe constitutes financial advice. Trading and swapping tokens involves risk. You may lose some or all of your funds.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for complying with local laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity. Accounts engaging in such activity will be banned.

8. Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

0xViLLe is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, smart contract bugs, network outages, or wallet compromises.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
